60-Day Trial Period

We offer a 60-day trial period for the Aurora Pro, starting from the day you receive your order. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return it for a full refund.

Return Process

To initiate a return, contact us at hello@sunnivalife.com with your order number. We'll provide you with a return authorization number and detailed instructions.

Return Conditions

Products must be returned in their original packaging with all components and accessories. Items should be in like-new condition with no signs of use or damage. Clearly note your full name and order number on the return package.

Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method for your protection. Sunniva is not liable for lost or damaged return shipments.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.

Important Notes

Returns must be postmarked before the end of the 60-day trial period. Returns shipped after this period will not be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items that do not meet our return qualifications or are returned in unsellable condition.
International customers are required to ship returns to our U.S. return center at their own expense.

If you modify the shipping address or method via the carrier, Sunniva is not responsible for any resulting delays, lost packages, or failed deliveries. Orders are not eligible for exchange or substitution.
