How to use
Always wear protective eyewear—UV light can damage eyes.
Quick start:
- Determine your skin type using the included guide
- Stand 24 inches away and follow the recommended exposure times listed in the Exposure Schedule table in the manual. Exposure times are brief, typically lasting from 1 to 4 minutes depending on your skin type.
- Gradually increase to 3-5 minutes over 4 weeks
- Panel beeps at halfway point—rotate to expose other side
Distance guidelines:
- UV + Red/NIR combined: 24 inches minimum
- Red/NIR only (no UV): 12-15 inches for deeper penetration
Do NOT use sunscreen, lotions, or makeup during sessions. Stop if redness occurs.
