What's Covered

Manufacturing defects, component failures, and workmanship issues that occur during normal residential use of the Aurora Pro.

What's Not Covered

This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, commercial use, or normal wear and tear. The warranty does not cover issues arising from failure to follow the provided usage instructions or improper installation.

Making a Warranty Claim

Contact us at hello@sunnivalife.com with your order number, purchase date, and a detailed description of the issue. Include photos if applicable. Our team will review your claim and guide you through the warranty process.

If your claim is approved, we'll either repair or replace the defective product at our discretion. We cover shipping costs for warranty replacements sent to you.

Limitations

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have additional rights depending on your location.
