Domestic Shipping (United States)
Sunniva offers FREE standard shipping on all US orders within the contiguous 48 states. Our products typically ship from our Arizona warehouse or via our shipping partners, with standard shipping usually taking 1-7 business days, depending on your location.
For customers who need their products sooner, we offer expedited shipping options at checkout for an additional fee. To ensure same-day shipping for expedited orders, please place your order before 1 p.m. MST. Any express orders placed after this time will be shipped the following business day.
As a security measure, all orders over $800 require a signature upon delivery.
International Shipping
We're pleased to offer discounted international shipping rates, which are automatically calculated at checkout. International orders ship from our overseas warehouse. Please note that these rates do not include import taxes or duties, which may be payable upon delivery in your country.
Our team typically requires 2-5 days to process international orders before shipment. Once shipped, international deliveries usually arrive within 4-10 business days.
Order processing
Sunniva processes orders Monday through Friday, shipping them in the order they are received. We'll email you tracking information as soon as your order is shipped, allowing you to monitor its progress.
Delivery issues
In the event of delivery issues, we have policies in place to cover various scenarios. For domestic (USA) orders, a $35 fee per item will be applied for refused deliveries, incorrect addresses, or returns to our warehouse. For international orders, returned shipments incur a $50 fee per item, and shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged items
We take great care in packaging our light therapy devices, but we understand that damages can occasionally occur during shipping. If you receive a damaged item, please report it to us within 10 days of delivery. We strongly recommend inspecting your light therapy device immediately upon arrival. Please note that Sunniva cannot be held responsible for damages reported after this 10-day period.
